We will ask you to provide the letter reference ID or the property info for the properties you are interested in selling.  We will then review the property to confirm property characteristics and verify details.  

2. We will get a purchase agreement from you at the price that we agree

We will contact you either by phone or email to present and discuss with you our offer amount. Once we have come to an agreement, we’ll prepare a purchase agreement and send it to you. Upon signing, we will begin closing process. 

3.Title Research and Document Preparation

Once we receive a signed agreement we will begin the closing process, it normally takes less than 30 days.  The title and escrow company will review the title info and will act as the intermediary between us.  They will prepare the closing documents and send them to you to sign.  If we close directly, then we will create a new deed for you to sign.  

3. Closing and Payment

After the title company has prepared the documents they will coordinate with you about the closing time that works best for you.  Either they will use a mobile notary that will come to where you are at or overnight the documents for you to sign in the presence of a notary.  Once the documents have been signed and notarized, you will be promptly paid by the title and escrow company.  The whole process of very easy and painless for you.
